Quick update on VIBE.
A few days ago I shared that I was trying to sell 100 premium NFC-enabled performance tees.
The honest result so far:
Traffic: yes.
Views: yes.
Curiosity: some.
Sales: zero.
That forced me to look at the real problem.
I wasn’t just asking people to buy a tee.
I was asking them to pay €100 today for a product from a new brand, delivered months later, with no existing trust and not enough explanation of why this thing should matter.
So I paused all ads.
Not because traffic was impossible, but because the story was not strong enough to convert.
The mistake: I was positioning Capsule001 too much like a performance tee.
The new positioning:
Capsule001 is not just a tee.
It is the first physical gateway into the VIBE ecosystem.
VIBE is a human-AI born performance ecosystem, materialized through connected objects.
The NFC is not a gimmick.
It gives the garment a digital layer: identity, access, community, future ownership and utility.
I also introduced THE FOUNDER: not a conventional founder persona, but the public voice of the human-AI process that built VIBE.
This solves a real communication problem for me: I don’t want the brand to depend on my face. VIBE was built through a board-like process between human vision and AI systems, so the public voice should reflect that.
I know this can be risky.
Too much “AI founder” narrative and the product becomes unclear.
Too much product-only messaging and VIBE becomes just another performance tee.
The balance I’m testing now:
20% THE FOUNDER
30% ecosystem
50% Capsule001 / NFC / why preorder now
The new Reel and landing are live now.
What I’d love feedback on:
Does this positioning make the preorder easier to understand?
Or does the Founder / AI narrative add too much complexity before trust exists?

Still building in public. Still at zero sales. Still learning.
