I reviewed 10 SaaS landing pages this week -- here's the same mistake on 7 of them

Been doing cold feedback on landing pages as part of my own learning process this week. Looked at around 10 SaaS and AI tool sites. One problem showed up on 7 of them:

The hero headline describes what the product is, not what it does for me.

Examples of what I kept seeing:

"The all-in-one platform for your workflow" (what does it do?)
"AI-powered insights for your business" (which part of my business? what changes?)
"Your coding command center" (command center for what outcome?)
The fix is one question: "After using this, what specific thing gets better for my user?"

Answer that in the headline. Everything else on the page becomes easier to write.

Happy to look at yours if you want a second opinion -- drop the link below.
