I recently launched a small AI writing tool called FluxCopy.
At first, everything looked solid.
Clean UI. Smooth output. No obvious issues.
Then real users showed up.
That’s when things broke.
Mobile formatting issues I didn’t catch
Unexpected errors from real usage
Edge cases I never would’ve thought of
At one point, I had to dig into things like strict mode behavior just to understand what was actually happening.
It was frustrating—but also kind of necessary.
Because building solo, you don’t really know your product…
until people use it in ways you didn’t design for.
Still fixing things. Still learning.
But it’s already changed how I think about launching:
You’re not launching a finished product.
You’re launching your first real test.
Curious—what broke first when you shipped your product?
