As a sole creator, I quickly realized.... India is just massive to document alone. I can't visit every city, try every cafe, and find every hidden gem myself. (I wish I had the time and money, but I don't )
That’s why I opened it up to the community. The plan was simple, locals know better than tourists. I then reached out to locals via city subreddits on reddit and asked people to contribute.
And the result was good... a little too good. In just the last couple of months, we’ve received over 150 verified contributions for various states.
Honestly, a massive thanks to everyone who sent in a suggestion. Without these contributions, I don’t see this site being this useful. You guys are the ones actually building this map.
