Idea Validation - Creative video contents for startups and brands

While this has been very successful in Egypt, I have had challenges getting startups and brands to come onboard in Nigeria. I convinced my boss there is a solid market here, but it's over 6 months now and no single locked-in client! I am beginning to feel like a failure. http://divinetouch.media

I know b2b is hard but we have a very solid team of creatives! The best at what they do which is creating compelling and creative video contents for marketing or whatever message a startup wants to pass across, an impressive portfolio and amazing showreel of our work, prospects love it but eventually deal falls through.

Anyone who has been in this position before? I would appreciate some counsel and help.
