Hi everyone! First post here.
Cofounder and I are in the validation stage for a bootstrapped startup idea that we think has legs.
We will soon be initiating cold outreach to potential leads in our target demographic (startup founders at seed - Series C) to learn more about their painpoints in our area of focus, and whether or not they'd use a service like ours.
For these types of cold leads, would you say it's valuable to have and mention a company name, link to a landing page (w/ custom domain), and have comms sent from a custom email, as a sort of badge of credibility?
I've had experience with the above and so not too concerned about the effort needed. Just curious if you believe if it's unnecessary at this early part of the journey.
Eager to hear from your experiences! Thanks in advance.
