In 2020 I reshaped my business. I put purpose at the core & adjusted everything else from there.

I'd reached the "what's the point?" stage.

Am I alone? No, I have spoken to lots of founders who have said the same. People are tired; they are questioning.

They want more; they expect more. The past year has highlighted that. There is a movement and a desire for change. Embrace it.

As a founder, you have the freedom to pretty much do whatever you like; that can be a blessing and a curse. Harness that freedom, create change in your industry, do the unexpected, use some profit to impact your community.

Turn your CSR or ESG policy into something living, use it to make a difference, stand out for the right reasons.

Early results for me and my business?

It's more fun to run
I am taking small steps daily
I am attracting the right clients
I am making an impact
I am excited

What's next?

Helping other founders do the same.

This is how...

🛠 Building a thriving community of purposeful people.

🛠 1000 founders globally starting a purpose or social good project in their business or as a side project.

🛠 Create a platform that's accessible to all to ensure founders have the right tools to do it.

🛠 Build it in public, warts and all. Documented the whole journey.

It's entirely possible to run a profitable business and do good things at the same time.
