Test it properly: install on two devices and run them at the same time. Plenty of IPTV service options work perfectly on one screen and fall apart the moment a second starts. That limit is almost never printed on the pricing page.

INSTALLING IT PROPERLY, IN THE RIGHT ORDER
Most complaints I read are not about the service at all — they are about the order the setup was done in.
Clear the cache before installing anything. A Firestick that has lived behind the TV for two years is full of nothing useful.
Install the player first and open it once to confirm it launches. Then add the service. Doing both at once removes your ability to tell which half broke.
Turn off automatic updates for the player — an update mid-season turns a working setup into a broken one on grand final morning. And use an ethernet adapter if the TV is near the modem; a cheap adapter fixes more stalls than any in-app setting.
MY VERDICT AFTER 4 MONTHS ACROSS FIVE DEVICES
Same login, same picture, on the Firestick, the Chromecast, the smart TV, a phone and a laptop. That consistency is the whole point and it is rarer than it should be.
What made the difference: an ethernet adapter on the main TV and switching off automatic player updates.
What I would do again: install the player and the service as separate steps, so I can tell which half is at fault.
