7 PowerShell windows open, VS Code, builds running, tests passing, deploy previews live. This is what a solo founder's desktop actually looks like when you're the whole team, running multiple agents and systems for different apps at once.
No war room. No standup. Just terminals talking to each other while I context-switch between builds.
Does your desktop look like this too, or am I the only one running an entire studio out of one screen?

This is great work — reminds me of some of the calls I've had to make building Xstream4K. What would you do differently if you started over?
