We just announced ShotStories.co, a collaborative tool for photographers to curate online art galleries. Here's the story behind ShotStories: https://shotstories.co/about
I'd appreciate feedback on our landing page. Is our tagline clear? Is it clear that this is not like the regular galleries we share on social media and photo-sharing sites?
The tagline is clear, but I think the subtitle might benefit from rephrasing. Specifically the part about fellow photographers: "Curate an online art gallery with fellow photographers, sell prints, and gain a worldwide audience." Is the curator usually also a photographer? If they're also responsible for creating the offline exhibit, I would assume that they may not be a photographer.
For your question about the gallery, it's clear to me based on the images on your website that the product isn't like a regular social media gallery. The layout looks more similar to a magazine.
Thanks for your critique! Yes the curator is usually the photographer. What I meant by “fellow photographers” is that the tool is collaborative. A photographer can create a gallery and invite other photographers to contribute images to it. Some of them can be set as curators (admin/edit access).
