Just launched InstaCards — AI greeting cards in seconds. Here's how I built it.

I just launched InstaCards (instacards.ai) — an AI-powered greeting card generator that lets anyone create beautiful, personalised cards in seconds.

**The problem:** Every time I needed a birthday card, thank-you card, or holiday card, I had two options: buy a generic one from a shop, or spend ages in Canva trying to make something decent. Neither felt right.

**The solution:** Type a message, pick a style, and AI generates a unique card for you. No design skills needed. The whole process takes about 30 seconds.

**Tech stack:**

- Next.js + TypeScript on Vercel

- Supabase for auth + database

- Google Gemini API for image generation

- Stripe for payments

**Where I'm at:**

- 🚀 Launched yesterday (March 22, 2026)

- 💰 Freemium model — free tier + paid plans ($8/mo Starter, $18/mo Pro)

- 📊 3 users so far (all me/test accounts, being honest!)

- 🎯 Goal: 100 real users in the first month

**What I'd love feedback on:**

1. Does the landing page make you want to try it?

2. Is the pricing right for this kind of tool?

3. Any obvious things I'm missing?

Building this as a solo founder with an AI assistant handling a lot of the dev work (yes, really — it's 2026 and the future is now 😄).
