Landing page feedback - homepage tips and advice
I work with this site (https://www.transpack.co.uk/) and am keen on any thoughts/feedback on the homepage design.
Homepage tweaks are on the radar and I would love to get as many fresh perspective look/feel/design/other comments as possible.
Please be honest and practical with comments as these will likely be included within experiments.

I agree with ksamera, there is just too much to look at when the site loads. Huge red 50% of banner, tons of text and pic.
Do a quick eye test. Close your eyes, think of something else, open your eyes and view your site. Where does your eye go 1st, 2nd, 3rd? Is it going to where you user will understand the value of your site and take next steps?

At first glance, this is overwhelming. There is too much going on the page and it needs to be trimmed down to something more simple in my opinion. Maybe creating a one-column view that is ordered like this: slider>what we do>products>reviews>blog posts/news.
Less is more. The easier it is on the eyes with graphics/icons to explain might make the website more simple for customers rather than heavy text.

Have a separate domain for your blog
Have another page for reviews quite possibly?
