Launch week update

SignalAI launched on Product Hunt earlier this week. Early days, and I'm still in the phase of watching real usage and iterating based on what I'm seeing.

Spent this week on the less glamorous side of a launch — traffic quality, ad targeting, a few things in the signup flow worth tightening. Nothing dramatic, just the normal work of paying attention once real people start showing up.

More to share once there's a clearer picture. For now, still building.
