It's taken 2 years! Oh man, who knew that creating a full-fledged product takes so long if you only work on weekends and evenings. π
It's an app for weight lifting. The goal is to take the complexities of modern gym workout routines and make them as easy to use as Spotify playlists.
Modern workout routines include some boring bits, like calculating most optimal weights to lift and changing weights as one progresses, etc. We automate all that. You just press start and begin lifting.
There's a bunch of popular community-proven routines to choose from, or you can create your own. And the app carries you through the workouts set-by-set like a personal trainer.
What do you guys think, does the messaging on the homepage make sense? And the reference to Spotify? I'm still unsure about that. Previous versions of the homepage were very feature-oriented, I've now tried to re-write the content to be more clear about the benefits to the potential users.
(If you're already familiar with weight lifting routines it supports routines and tracking with RPE, 1RM percentage, Training Max %, deloads, overloads, AMRAP sets, etc. Meaning it can handle routines like 3x3, 5x5, 531, splits like PPL, etc.)
