Launched SaaS App - What does a bunch of rando email signups mean?

I just launched my first SaaS app - www.lilgptx.com - and I posted it about it on IH and HackerNews. There are a ton of rando gmail users that signed up and when I search for each gmail, there are no internet search results.

Are these real users checking it out or are these bots at work?
