Launching One Mil Guild (daily revenue bot + friendly competition)

I launched One Mil Guild today: a community Discord that makes self accountability real for indie hackers. I kept slipping on goals when I worked alone, so I built a simple rhythm with light pressure that actually sticks. Every morning a bot DMs you for one number (current revenue). Every night a leaderboard updates with the current rankings of the group. It creates friendly competition without drama and keeps you honest.

We already have motivated builders in there: engineers, PMs, marketers, and wellness coaches. Some funded, plenty shipping after work. Everyone shares what actually moved revenue, which tests worked, and the small process tweaks you can try tomorrow.
