Learning About Word of Mouth and Conscious Referrals from a Panipuri Seller 🌟

I've always loved spicy panipuri. There's this one seller in my area who caught my eye not just for his tasty treats, but for his amazing customer service. Even when he's busy with multiple customers, he takes the time to make each serving just right for each person. That's why me and my friends keep going back to him whenever we want evening snacks.

In a city where most panipuri stalls are all the same, he stands out by making sure every customer gets exactly what they want every single time.

Thinking about this, I've come to realize how important it is to recommend businesses that truly go the extra mile. It's not just about saying "try this," it's about recognising when someone really helps you out.

I saw this recently with Razorpay Ftx. When a recent grad founder, like myself, couldn't afford a ticket, they gave him a coupon without hesitation. Now, whenever someone asks about good startup events, Razorpay Ftx is the first thing that comes to mind.

Similarly, when I was setting up a startup bank account, most salespeople just talked about terms and conditions. But people from DBS Bank went beyond that, telling me about the benefits and free subscriptions they offer, especially for startups raising money. It felt like they were genuinely helping startups, not just selling services. I've advised all my founder friends to bank with DBS because of how strong a recommendation that is.

This is in stark contrast to many customer support experiences I've had. Some agents stick to their script, while others make the extra effort to help, even if it's not their usual job. These experiences show how important it is to offer personalized service and solve problems proactively to build customer loyalty and get positive word of mouth.

Similarly I Always refer Microsoft Azure For Own Reasons, Similarly Starbucks for own reasons You have to focus on creating those reasons they recommend you not just incentive or reward people have understand customer spread the word based on experiences rather than treated as affiliate agents.

Next time you serve your customers, remember: it's not just about meeting expectations, it's about exceeding them and creating memorable experiences that lead to positive referrals.

Cause many referral programs donot work even there is incentive is because they lack creating memorable experiences.

Next time designing Referrals and Before asking for referrals think about what made refer a business.
