Does anyone have any good resources for legal templates. I pretty new to the legal side of things. Templates that I need right now.
- Consulting contract
- Software Sale
- NDA
Does anyone have their go to resource for legal templates? Or how do you approach this problem on a budget?
I can find templates just googling but was wondering if folks had go to sources?

I wasn't aware of the shutdown. The website says the entire service will stop on July 1st 2018 but it still seems to be working :/

Basecamp put all of their policies, terms, and legal stuff online and it's a great resource. I'd start there.
