Legal terms for courses
Sorry, a bit of generic question but what usually are the legal conditions for online courses?
I gather that when I as a buyer click the Pay button I subject myself to a certain contract, don't I? Where can one learn more about that stuff and what a difference does it make where in the world this metaphorical pay button was clicked?

The best place to start would be to look at the terms & conditions of other sites that offer courses - Udemy, Coursera, and independent publishers in your market. I wouldn't advocate copying their T&Cs, but it can give you and a lawyer a great place to start. Alternately, if you are publishing your course through a platform like teachable, they probably have all that already set up for you (for better or worse).
