List of bootstrappers who publish their numbers
I've seen quite a few bootstrappers and companies being very open about their earnings, conversion rate and this is quite a breath of fresh air to make a mental model and put actual numbers on things.
So far I've only found interesting data from:
- ScrapingNinja open report that is getting published on Indie Hacker
- ConvertKit via "convertkit.baremetrics.com"
- some conversions / traffic / calculation taken from the book "start small stay small" by Rob Walling
I have started to publish around that same model of open report for Filestash as well
Do you know some more bootstrappers doing some more open report?

MRR as a metric doesn't provide much context. The interesting part is to me about answering questions like how many customers, how many users, how many started a trial, how much churn, how are things moving over time, all that stuff that are mostly well kept secret.
For instance, I read in the book "Start small, stay small" that as a general rule:
It would be quite interesting to see what kind of conversion IH are getting as well. In my example, my sales channel isn't fully set up yet but my product is attracting about 7600 visitors a months with a consistent growth of about 20% a month. The big question is to try to make estimate to see if the project could ever have the kind of traffic that would make it worth working on it full time?
Lot of questions that are hard to answer without seeing more details about how other IH are doing
