Looking for a technical cofounder for AI CRM and lead gen tool

I'm looking for a technical cofounder for an AI CRM and GTM tool I'm planning on building.

Serious project.

Some key things about me.

6.5 years working at a well known lead generation SaaS company, Country Manager role. I managed a team of 15 people covering marketing, sales and customer management. Quit 4 months ago.

I generated 200K USD by selling an AI workflow course in marketing last year. (This is the foundation of the product I'd like to build) - That means the product I'm building has found PMF.

My first main market is China. I'm Chinese. I got an audience of 200K followers in China and I can sell the product immediatey after the product is live. Chinese market alone will bring $1M revenues in the 1-2 years after the product is live. I'm pretty sure about that. But that doesn't mean global market is ignored.

My main skill sets:

GTM strategy, SEO, branding, live stream video marketing, and of course, product design - I can define most of the product features at user requirement level. (Most prodcut fails because the guys who develop the product don't understand sales and users and they are building a bunch of redundant features) For example, how do we design a feature that creates shareablity - that user naturally share. Product design and marketing should not be seen as 2 things separately.

What I'm looking for:

You have built solid agentic products with at least hundreds of thousands of users, preferably in marketing verticals but that's not a necessity.
Full Stack developer mangaing everything from infra to front end.

A product design mindset, not only coding.

Fully committed.

It's hard to find a really fit co-founder. Values are different. Capacity is different. Capability is different. I will keep searching.

I'm willing to open 40-45% equity for th right fit.

Funding is likely when this product is on track. I have a reliable relationship with the CEO of my previous company and he expressed interest in partnering with my product.

But Self sufficiency comes first so priority is to build a solid product that generates great cash.
