Looking for feedback

I'm still at a phase where I'm trying to get people to try out the tool and get feedback from more people, but it's really challenging so far.

I ran some Meta Ads, but no success so far. I'll try a more direct approach by posting in some ecom Facebook groups, or just contacting people directly.

I’d be careful measuring feedback only by the number of people who try the tool. The more useful signal may be whether the user can describe the specific workflow they want to improve, what they currently use, and what would make them pay to keep the solution. Otherwise, increased trials can create activity without proving demand.

I'd be careful treating this as a feedback-acquisition problem too quickly.

The interesting question may not be how to get more people to try Envio.

It may be what kind of feedback actually deserves confidence once they do.

Those sound similar, but they can lead to very different conclusions about the buyer, the product, and which signals are worth optimizing around.

I wouldn't make that call casually from the current data.
