Looking for someone to market my QA tool. You keep 40% of every dollar you bring in

I run ObserveOne. It's an AI tool that QAs websites in production so devs don't have to babysit their test suite.

The short version: you describe a user journey in plain English ("log in, add the $49 plan to cart, check out, confirm the receipt page loads"), and ObserveOne turns that into a real browser check, runs it on a schedule from a few regions, and pings you when it breaks. Same thing for API checks and uptime monitors. The pitch that lands with people is the QA coverage piece: point it at your app and it'll build, run, and maintain a Playwright suite for you, so you get to something like 80% coverage in weeks instead of writing and re-writing tests by hand forever.

Who it's for: solo devs and small teams shipping real products who have no QA person and feel the pain of tests breaking every time they touch the UI. Not QA pros. They already have the tooling. It's the builders who are doing testing on the side that actually need this.

The product works and people pay for it. What I don't have is someone driving marketing full time. That's where you come in.

Here's the deal. You market ObserveOne however you're good at, content, SEO, ads, cold outreach, partnerships, whatever, and you get 40% of the revenue you generate. Not a flat fee. Not equity I'll dilute later. 40% of every dollar that comes in through you, tracked cleanly so there's no arguing about it. If you bring in $5k, that's $2k a month to you. The better you are, the more you make, and there's no cap.

I'm not picky about your background. I care that you can actually move revenue and that you'll own it instead of waiting for me to hand you a plan. I'll give you full access to the product, the positioning, the existing customers and what made them buy, and as much of my time as you need to get up to speed.
If this sounds like your kind of thing, reply here or email me at abe@observeone.com. Tell me one thing you'd try first. That tells me more than a resume.

    Hey Abe,

I came across your post about looking for someone to help market ObserveOne. It sounds like the bigger challenge right now is getting ObserveOne in front of the right small teams and developers who actually need production QA.

That’s something Pond could help with. You could post a task to find and qualify a specific ICP for example, solo developers and small SaaS teams actively managing web apps and get back verified prospects with the information your sales process actually needs.

We’ve run similar lead-generation tasks on Pond, including:

SF AI Startup Sales & BD Lead List: https://joinpond.ai/tasks/detail/f00c2a39-cfe3-46f5-a80b-68f88d67528f

Find Upwork & Fiverr Task Poster Contacts: https://joinpond.ai/tasks/detail/cf25ee05-022c-4098-b9b5-a9617cb46de2

If finding qualified buyers is still the bottleneck, I’d be happy to help you set up something similar for ObserveOne.

    Best,
    Momin

This is a strong wedge because the buyer is very specific: solo devs and small teams who are already shipping, already breaking UI flows, but do not have a QA person or time to keep rewriting tests.

The “describe a journey in plain English and turn it into scheduled browser checks” angle is much stronger than just saying AI QA. It makes the product feel like production protection, not another testing tool.

One thing I’d pressure-test while you are actively trying to bring in marketers is the brand frame. ObserveOne is clean, but it sounds more like monitoring/observability in general. Your product is sharper than that: AI-generated browser checks, API checks, Playwright coverage, and production QA for teams without QA.

If this becomes the reliability layer for small teams shipping web apps, the name may need to carry more technical edge and urgency.

Vroth .com would fit that direction well because it feels harder, more infrastructure-native, and better suited to production testing, breakage detection, QA automation, and reliability workflows under one serious brand.

Appreciate it, Anwar. Good luck with the next round of testing.
