Hey everyone, I've spent the past 10+ years building products, including a successful startup exit along the way.
One pattern I keep seeing is founders with a strong vision, but stuck when it comes to execution. Some feel overwhelmed by tech decisions, some burned by devs, others unsure what to build, or how to build it right.
I’m now focused on helping founders like this get clarity: what to build, how it should work, what team you need, and how to move forward without burning time or money.
If that sounds familiar, drop a comment with your LinkedIn or email - I’d love to connect with you!
The hardest thing about B2B is that you're often selling to someone who didn't budget for your category. They need the result you provide but never planned to pay for it.
The products that win here usually create a new budget line (by being categorically new) or steal from existing budget by making the ROI comparison obvious. Which of those are you trying to do?
Interesting — helping founders can mean very different things depending on the pain you’re addressing.
In my experience in the no-code space, the highest-value help is not just build support, but validation support — knowing what problem the founder is trying to prove first, and what signals tell them it matters.
Curious — when you offer help, what’s the first signal you look for that tells you this project is worth investing time in (e.g., clear user demand, early pre-signups, paying customers, repeat engagement)?
That kind of clarity often helps both founders and helpers calibrate expectations.
