My manifesto against AI "ping-pong" & token waste (and the tool I'm building in public to fix it)

Hey everyone,

Like many of you, I use AI tools (Claude, Gemini CLI) daily. They're powerful, but the constant "ping-pong" (20+ prompts for one feature) and burning $100+/month on repeated context tokens is killing my productivity and my side projects.

I believe the problem isn't the AI, but the lack of memory and orchestration. It's "vibe coding" amplified.

So, I'm building the solution in public: MOSAIQO.

It's a Project Intelligence Platform that sits ON TOP of these tools. It manages context, plans tasks automatically (using AI Planning), orchestrates agents (like Claude/Gemini) to execute code via remote workers (on your own hardware!), enforces TDD, and aims to save 95% of token costs. Think of it as your 24/7 AI co-founder that actually executes.
