Naming a community for seafarers

Hello all,

I could need some feedback from some fresh eyes; not from my industry regarding the naming of my community platform.
It is a network for seafarers - specifically for technical staff - where people can help and support each other, get new ideas, information and so on. Like an extended department outside of the ship.

OPTION 1 - Outborderz (or Outboard Department)
(From Outboard) situated on, towards, or near the outside of a ship or aircraft.
also Outboard motor: having, using, or limited to the use of an outboard motor

OPTION 2 - CutZlack:
(From Cut some Slack) ...informal and originated around the mid-1900s. It alludes to the slackening of tautness in a rope or sail. ... Rather, it comes from its other definition, the loose part of a sail or rope, which comes from the late-1700s. Therefore to cut someone some slack means to loosen a tight restriction.
Nowadays meaning : give someone a margin/edge or freedom and act in a lenient manner towards them. It also means to not judge someone, or behave harshly/critically towards someone. Lastly, it also suggests allowing someone to do something they were not allowed to do previously.
