I would remove the two popups that load as these prevent people getting onto the site and can come accross a little salesy/spammy.
The home page headings and image button look like clickable elements. I would look to create pages for these areas where applicable and make them linkable.
"SKILLS WE SUPPORT" segment works well - I would test putting that higher up/pre-scroll if possible, and leverage that as the main CTA from the home page to access site content and convert people sooner.
Very Cool! Clean design. You explain the service well. I have a copywriting background and there was a hiccup in the "Packages" section under "Start". "Know exactly what you need to approve upon" just change "approve" to "improve". What have been some marketing challenges so far? How did you go about recruiting industry professionals?

Industry professionals - I have over 20 years experience hiring professionals for specific requirements and getting the job done. Moreover, I have a beginner mindset which I can leverage to get the right content for anyone.

I like your website. Clean looking and video does help get the foundation going in my head. I think where I get lost is what exactly does it do. I wish the video gave me an example of a specific plan. Too many vague words to where I can't see myself getting excited to pay for the service. It grabs my attention but I think some tweaks could hold it.

The forced video pop up when visiting the site is okay. But after viewing that there's another forced pop up to get in touch. This is seriously annoying and would have made me close the tab.
The video is pretty straightforward, but as others pointed out, I am unsure what you will teach me. You say you will customise a roadmap tuned to my talents and experience but there is no example inside the video what this looks like. The video also explains there will be no teaching or tutoring, so then .. what value does the service provide?
The first thing that I noticed when visiting the site is the blurry logo. It's reused in many locations and just feels unprofessional. The blurry effect seems to repeat on the skills page, maybe it's a consequence of using wordpress thumbnails?
The page took almost 10 seconds to even begin rendering (first byte).
I think the concept is okay, but you really should try to get the message across better.

Hello alchemist - We basically help people start on a new skill. We just don't tell you what they are , but give you a detailed step by step plan to get into the new field. I'm working on putting some samples soon.
Clicking "packages'" on the hero section brings a blank alert box before leading to the packages page.
I would suggest to remove links from skills to avoid showing "Page Under Construction" what looks amateurish.
