Need some feedback on the launch page

I'm not really the target market but the page looks great. One thing though is to set the image size in your header because for me the content shifts down abruptly once the image has loaded (as the browser has to wait to know the image size).

The landing page is not bad. I've had to use those tools you mention.

What I don't understand from the copy is how this works technically?

I think you should separate the "benefits" from the"features". Running a local spark isn't ideal right spark is intended to run across dozens of machines so I'm confused.

I like this! Copy and layout is crisp! And the hero image perfectly conveys your what your app accomplishes.

Suggested Improvements

• Add a compelling reason why to play with this sandbox versus another. E.g. Hassle-free sandbox, sandbox set up in minutes, etc.
• I'm a huge fan of negative space, but there's too much to get to feature highlights. It's nearly beneath the fold.
• Absolutely free? Perhaps to give your self some room for future self that needs to get paid, limit the free "tier" either by timeframe or usage.
• You're call to action is rather muted. I'd make this bigger and flashier so that when someone hits your anchor tag, it's clear what's required to give the product a try. Currently, I'm taken to the top of Feature Highlights, requiring me to do more work to figure out how to sign up.

Hey Shad, congrats on the launch.

If I were you, I'd try and find a forum where a lot of 'big data devs' hang out and ask them. The feedback you'll get from 'normal' IHers probably won't be so useful for your product.
