We are RedBeard Talent, the innovative video-psychology driven employment marketplace. Our prime concern ATM is to find a solution that analyses department culture, and matches the candidate personality.

Take a look at Traitify (https://www.traitify.com/). Their original app (WooFound) was images you picked that matched you to events. They then used it to help colleges match up dorm mates. Now they have rebranded and are aimed at this sort of culture fit matching for HR.
This is just the big 5 though and your image is from another personality framework so I don't know that it is a match.
What is cool about the Traitify test is that it is just a series of images. The test is pretty fun and it is simple. A dating app called Connectidy tried something similar but I don't think it went anywhere.
Is it similar to HDBI? When I was working in Oracle 10 years ago, we had a training on HDBI to evaluate our traits. I found it was interesting.
