No sales, no investors, and a $10k Cloudflare grant anyway

Zero sales, no funding, just me. Cloudflare for Startups activated $10k in credits for 12 months on the Tier 3 track: bootstrapped, no investors, a public site, an open-source repo on npm. If you're bootstrapped on Cloudflare, the program isn't only for funded startups.
The "email them if you hear nothing for two weeks" tip is useful, thanks. And three weeks public with zero sales is a place a lot of us know. The credits buy you a year of runway on hosting, but not on attention. What's the plan for the sales side - who are you going to talk to first about RepoAccess this month?
I focus on SEO, AEO, and GEO to provide answers to relevant questions for developers who are at the stage of choosing a tool, rather than those who already have established processes in place.
This is great work — reminds me of some of the calls I've had to make building Xstream4K. What would you do differently if you started over?
