Nomad coaches: what’s the one headache you wish someone would finally fix?

For those of you who coach clients while travelling, what’s been your biggest struggle with managing them remotely? I’ve been toying with a startup idea that came from my own pain points as a coach, but before I dive in I’d love to hear what problems are actually worth solving from people living the nomad lifestyle.

Is it keeping clients consistent, handling payments, or just finding tools that don’t get in the way while you’re on the move? Curious what matters most to you.

For me, the hardest part would probably be keeping track of clients across different time zones. Scheduling calls, following up, and making sure nobody gets missed can get messy when you’re constantly moving. A simple way to keep everything in one place would be really useful.

The headache I hear most from nomad coaches: client management chaos. You're crossing time zones, juggling intake forms, session notes, follow-ups, and invoices - all in different tools that don't talk to each other.

The nomad context makes it worse. When you're moving every 4-8 weeks, you can't rely on muscle memory for your workflow. Everything needs to be in one organized system you can open from anywhere and immediately know where every client stands.

Building a Solopreneur Notion OS specifically for this - a linked workspace with CRM, client portal, project tracker, and revenue dashboard that works as a complete operating system for coaches and solo service providers. No SaaS dependency, no monthly subscription. Would love to know your biggest ops headache - is it client tracking, session management, or billing?
