Odd Jobs

Hi,

I've been looking for remote work as a software developer that I could maintain while keeping a full time job. It seem like most sites are advertising full time jobs or short term engagements that are full time.

What I'm looking for is small/finite projects where the main work can be completed after hours.

I was wondering, are there other people in the same boat? If there was a site that encourages small jobs (rather than focus on employment), would there be interest?

The other thing I'm not sure about is whether there would be demand for such a thing? I assume a website like this doesn't exist because employers want longer term - to build up trust with an individual. But I think a site like this could be used to build trust. In this case I think it would be more about the "how", rather than the "what".
