Quick background on me: I’m Matt, serial founder and currently growing IbexAI. We’re Harvard-backed and built a tool that monitors LinkedIn to find high-intent leads on autopilot.
____
I keep a Notion doc of outbound tools I've evaluated, used, or had recommended to me. It includes a one-liner containing my assessment and current pricing for each, organized by category. It's been useful for me so I'm sharing it.
80 tools across 12 categories:
Lead sourcing and data
Tech and audience signals
Email finding and verification
Cold email sending
LinkedIn sending
CRM and pipeline
Calling and dialers
Meeting booking
Enrichment and research
Deliverability and inbox health
Tracking and analytics
Free utilities worth knowing
A few things I want to flag upfront:
My own product is not in the list. I build in the LinkedIn signal space. I deliberately left out every tool that remotely competes with mine, including mine, because the whole point of this for me was to map the rest of the stack.
No affiliate links. None of these tools pay me anything.
Real pricing, with the recent price hikes called out. Clay restructured in March 2026. Lemlist raised prices for new customers in February. Both noted in the doc.
40 of the 80 have free tiers. Flagged where they exist.
Opinions are mine. Some tools I describe as older or overkill. I tried to be honest rather than diplomatic.
I also added a "starter stack" at the bottom for anyone running outbound solo: a combination that runs under $300/month and is enough to start booking meetings.
If I missed something good, or if I got a price wrong, comment and I'll fix it.
Genuinely useful directory, and the structure is smarter than the disclaimer makes it sound.
"I left out every tool that competes with mine, including mine" reads as neutrality. It's actually the sharpest distribution move in the post. A reader assembles this whole stack, trusts your judgment on 80 adjacent tools because the calls are honest and unaffiliated, then hits the one gap the directory deliberately leaves: LinkedIn signal monitoring — exactly where IbexAI sits, reached by someone you've spent 80 reviews earning trust from.
Not a criticism — it's clean enough to be worth naming, since most replies here will just say "great resource" and miss it. The "no affiliate links" framing is the part that makes the gap land. Trust is the mechanism, the omission is the conversion.
80 tools is a lot to digest. Curious which 2-3 you'd actually pick today if starting from scratch on a sub-$50/month
budget — and how you separate "still active, still working" from "still listed but dead". The space moves fast and
half these tools change deliverability profile quarterly.
