Every tool to test page speed gives me a different result... and Google pagespeed insights gives me the WORST result... Why? How do I fix it?

yslow is pretty good and simple...
Google IIRC focuses more on mobile speeds and a bit 3rd world internet speeds.
Usually making progress on one would help the others.
There are many tests, each focuses on different parameters but they would all come to the same issues at the end of the day just under different priorities, client side rendering like prioritising first render vs just the total page with all elements are a big difference in POV between some tools.
https://www.webpagetest.org/ is also a good one, very clear and detailed on all phases..
