I am still confused about how Swair works. You've used the word "exchange" and "getting something in return", without using typical commerce related language. So it makes it sound like a marketplace where you swap stuff without paying. However towards the end you're talking about lead gen and quotes, which doesn't sound like swapping stuff without money being involved.
Also, what's Kanban, chat, and files doing there as features? Is this a project management tool?
Why not show some listings right away, to help one understand what this is about? Are the product features the main thing, or the listings/connections?
Hi Saurabh, thanks so much for taking the time to look around.
Essentially both examples you mentioned (marketplaces, providing quotes or generating leads) revolve around an exchange of money, information, files, services, etc.
Exchanges are simply the act of giving one thing and receiving another - that is what Swair attempts to facilitate, e.g:
There are elements of project management and task management with any exchange. Swair uses kanban to display a users exchanges and each card on the board represents an exchange they have created where they can chat, upload files, and send payments.
Swair also facilitates the offering of exchanges, where service providers can display their services and customers can come along and create exchanges with them should they wish - similar to a marketplace with listings.
Perhaps I should show some example exchanges in a board to better show how Swair can be used. I thank you for your comments! π
