Run a coding interview in a real React ⚛environment
Less than a month ago I wrote in this Github Gist https://gist.github.com/leonardofed/1a4addc3084b194c9ab4fcddb17b3aae everything I thought about why technical hiring and coding interview suck so badly.
Today I'm releasing the first ReactJS environment in Type12. It comes in three possible configurations:
- Ubuntu + NodeJS + React
- Ubuntu + NodeJS + React
- Ubuntu + Ruby + Ruby on Rails + React

I like your idea of flipping the scope of weeding people out, to now highlighting strengths. It's important to do so to create an equitable playing field for everyone.
Curious though — how might your tool encapsulate the human-end of an interview? I think companies that uphold a great cultures know to look for certain characteristics in people other than solely development skills.
