I spent the last few months building Pillwise solo and it's reached launch-readiness — so I'm selling it to focus on new projects.
What it is
A medication-adherence app for the chronic-care market. Patients track meds, doses, refills, and symptoms. Two things make it more than a generic pill reminder:
- Caregiver mode — a caregiver gets an automatic alert when a dose is missed
- Doctor-share — generates a no-login, expiring web report (adherence %, streaks, wellbeing) that a doctor opens via link or QR
Where it's at (the honest version)
- Backend live in production: https://api.pillwise.app/health
- Google Play review passed, closed-testing track running (11 testers)
- RevenueCat subscriptions fully wired in code
- Passed an independent security audit (access control, auth, secrets, injection)
- Pre-revenue — 0 paid users. I'm pricing it as a launch-ready code/IP asset, not a revenue business.
The stack
React Native (Expo) + NestJS + Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, RevenueCat. ~17k lines of TypeScript, 49 API endpoints, three apps (mobile, API, web), full EN/UK localization. Running cost is ~€5/mo.
What's included
All 3 repos, the Google Play developer account + Android signing key, a clean DB migration (no user data — GDPR), a working demo APK, full handover docs, a signed IP-assignment, and 30 days of support.
Why I'm selling
I'm a builder, not a marketer. The hard engineering and deployment are done — whoever buys it skips ~6 months of build and the painful Google new-account bootstrap, and goes straight to go-to-market in a real, underserved healthcare niche.
Asking $7,000, open to reasonable offers. Escrow via Escrow.com. Happy to walk you through the demo APK and the codebase — drop a comment or DM me.
Interesting build.
The healthcare angle feels strong — especially caregiver + doctor sharing.
Curious what kind of buyer you think is most likely here: indie developer looking for a head start, or someone already in health/medtech distribution?
Thanks! Honestly I think both profiles fit, but for different reasons.
An indie developer gets the bigger time-saving: the engineering, deployment, security audit, Google Play review, and signing key are all done, so they skip ~6 months and the painful new-account bootstrap and go straight to go-to-market.
Someone already in health/medtech distribution gets the strategic angle: the caregiver-alert and doctor-share pieces are the hard, differentiated parts, and they'd have the channel (clinics, patient networks) that I don't — so they could monetize it far faster than a generic launch.
If I had to bet, the strongest fit is someone with even a small existing healthcare audience who wants a ready-made product instead of building one. But an indie dev who wants a serious, finished foundation in a real niche is just as valid.
Happy to share the demo APK or walk through the codebase if you (or anyone reading) wants a closer look.
