Sending successful payment invoices to only *some* customers...?

Interesting problem I've run into lately -- I want to send invoices to only some customers who have paid subscriptions. it looks like Stripe only offers all or nothing.
Has anyone else run into this? Thinking there might be some market validation to do here
You could hook something up with Zapier/Make into a Google sheet and then check off the customers you want to invoice? Haven't tried it, but it sounds promising!
