Seven years ago, I started building the property website I always wished existed.

Beautiful homes were presented as endless, unorganized photo galleries that did little to tell the story of the property.

I wanted buyers to experience a home the way they would in person.

That idea became organized, titled galleries that present the story of a home , combined with interactive floor plans, 3D tours, videos, documents, and maps.

Seven years later, that vision has become RE Property CMS—a production-ready white-label Laravel platform with a guided installation wizard that entrepreneurs, agencies, and brokerages can own, customize, and launch under their own brand.

I'm excited to finally share it with the Indie Hackers community and would love your feedback.

“White-label is powerful. What’s the first customer segment you’re seeing traction with — agencies or solo operators?”

    1. 1

We're still in the early licensing stage, so we're validating our target market rather than claiming traction. Our primary focus is PropTech companies, software agencies, brokerages, and entrepreneurs that want to launch under their own brand without spending years building a platform from scratch.

Every enterprise license includes a built-in subscription platform with Stripe integration, allowing buyers to create their own SaaS pricing model, generate recurring revenue, and monetize immediately after deployment.

Beyond technology companies, we're also targeting real estate marketing agencies, photographers, videographers, and media providers who can include branded property websites as part of their service offerings. Flat-fee real estate brokerages are another great fit, using the platform to deliver premium, story-driven property presentations that help differentiate their listing presentations and win more listings.

At the same time, we're building a global sales partner program for experienced B2B professionals who want to represent the platform, introduce it to qualified buyers, and earn commissions as we grow.

This is a strong wedge — especially the ‘launch your own SaaS instantly’ angle.

The interesting challenge here is less about who you target (you’ve got a lot of viable segments), and more about which one feels the pain urgently enough to buy fast.

In our experience, one segment usually converts 10x faster than the rest early on.

Curious where you’re seeing the shortest sales cycles so far — that’s usually where to double down.

        1. 1

That’s exactly the question we’re working to answer right now.

We’re still early in the enterprise licensing stage, so I don’t want to claim we have enough closed-deal data yet to say definitively which segment has the shortest sales cycle.

What we’re seeing, though, is that the strongest value proposition may be for entrepreneurs, SaaS/PropTech founders, and agencies that want to launch a real estate technology business without spending a year or more building the infrastructure from scratch.

RE Property CMS started from my own experience as a real estate agent. I couldn’t find a good way to present larger properties in an organized, story-driven format, so we built one. Over time, it evolved into a complete white-label platform with property websites, structured galleries, interactive floor plans, 3D tours, agent and admin portals, lead management, Stripe monetization, and now a guided installation wizard.

That evolution is what created the “launch your own SaaS” opportunity. A buyer isn’t just purchasing software — they can brand it as their own business, set their own pricing, and build recurring revenue on top of an already-developed platform.

So right now, we’re testing where that ownership + speed-to-market proposition creates the most urgency. I agree with you completely: once we see one segment consistently moving faster, that’s where we’ll double down.

The organised galleries stood out to me because they encourage a narrative instead of making buyers piece everything together themselves.

Have you seen any patterns in how agents structure those galleries? I’m wondering if the most successful listings end up following a similar story from one property to the next.

    1. 1

That's exactly the idea behind it. Every property is different, but buyers still expect a familiar journey. Instead of scrolling through one long collection of photos, our platform organizes galleries with clear titles and descriptions that guide visitors naturally through the home—from curb appeal and living spaces to bedrooms, outdoor areas, highlights of the homes, floor plans, and amenities. Although our platform can be used with any property, it is the large homes, multi-levels and outdoor extra highpoints that need the exposure as it is important it stands out.

As in our demo, it highlights:

      • Exteriors

      • Main Level

      • Lower Level

      • Upper Level

      • Subterranean Garages

The goal is simple: help buyers spend less time figuring out where they are and more time understanding the property. It seems like a small change, but we believe it creates a much better viewing experience.

I like that approach because it reduces cognitive load.

Buyers aren’t just browsing photos they’re trying to build a mental model of the property. A structured journey makes that much easier than asking them to interpret 60+ images on their own.

It feels like a subtle UX improvement that probably increases engagement more than people would expect

The interesting part of RE Property CMS is that it started from a better way of presenting properties, not just another listing system.

How are you thinking about positioning this: as a better property presentation experience for agents, or as a complete white-label infrastructure layer for real estate businesses?

    1. 1

It actually started with my experience as a real estate agent. At the time, I couldn't find a platform that presented larger properties in a way that told an organized story. Everything was just one long stream of photos, leaving buyers to figure out the layout and flow for themselves.

That frustration led me to build a better property presentation experience—one that guides buyers naturally through the home with organized galleries, titles, descriptions, floor plans, documents and media.

As we continued building, we realized the presentation layer was only part of the opportunity. The platform evolved into a complete white-label solution with agent and admin portals, lead management, monetization, and branding, allowing entrepreneurs to launch their own real estate technology businesses without building a platform from scratch.

Today it's designed for a range of businesses, including PropTech startups, SaaS companies, brokerages, marketing agencies, real estate entrepreneurs, and development firms that want to offer a branded real estate platform to their own customers.

Most recently, we added a guided installation wizard that streamlines deployment, making it much faster for new owners to configure, brand, and launch the entire platform.

The storytelling experience is still at the heart of the product—it's just now part of a much larger platform.

        Appreciate the context.

The interesting part is that the original presentation problem became the foundation for a broader platform over time.
