ShipDelta update — samples live, directories in, still hunting for the right buyer

Quick update since I posted about ShipDelta a few days ago.

What shipped:

  • Free sample memos are on the site: https://shipdelta.net/sample/
  • Product page is up here on IH
  • Got into a few free directories (SaaSHub + PitchWall pending review; Launching Next queued)

What I’m still figuring out:

  • Who actually pays $297 for a one-cycle pilot vs who just wants a free PDF
  • Whether “no material change” weeks still feel worth $249/mo
  • How narrow the competitor set needs to be (5 max feels right; maybe 3 is better)

Reminder of the offer: public changelogs / What’s New only → Friday memo + source pack. Not a Crayon/Klue clone — a file you can forward to PMM.

If you’ve bought anything like this (or refused to): what made you say yes or no?
