What it is:
- Custom one-pager for local shops that only have Salonized/Setmore today -> live in 48 hours ($495 / EUR495)
- DIY HTML kit ($29) if they want to paste it themselves
- Operator pack ($149): research + copy + landing for founders

The $29 kit is the part I'd keep even if the $495 offer is slow. A local shop can buy a file today. They can't buy 48 hours of your calendar until they already trust you. I'd put the kit above the custom offer on the page so the first click isn't a $495 leap. Cold email to shops with public booking emails is the right channel for this.
