You have targeted a niche market of admin boards.
I cannot particularly comment on how big this can be in the market as there is a competition.
But you can definitely get an advantage if you get into the mind of the user. Today the users you are targetting, want three things in particular:
I don't think anybody is giving the 3rd and it can be instrumental.
Moreover, a quick question regarding the team demographics. Do you think that the team demographics affect your content in particular? More the diverse team more fresh is the perspective?

Yes, indeed, we came up to a pretty similar conclusion: admin template design must be unobtrusive and content-oriented.
As of your question regarding team demographics I did not really get it. Would you mind clarifying? I think design quality depends more on a skillset rather than demographics.
I read this nice experiment from some agency where they were doing good already in terms of sales but as a part of the experiment they diversified their demographics, as they were making designs for the global audience and global clients. The per unit metrics changed for some countries like Japan, India, etc.
The conclusion was they had people with the similar skillset in their house already but the diverse demographics brought fresh and newer perspective at looking things.

Good timing, was just browsing the other markerplaces today and couldn't find anything i liked.
$50 is nothing, I will happily pay $100 or more for a trully premium theme that has a ton of features and i can easily tweak if it saves me 100s of hours of work!

This is obviously my own and personal interest and I must say that I'm very picky with design.
But I would happily pay $100 (or a lot more) for a template:

If you can make something a bit different, you'll be able to stand out from the crowd and I bet people will pay more just for that. At least I would in a blink of an eye.
Don't get me wrong, your designs are very nice. But like others have said, it's just that there are other designs at the same level but at almost half the price in those marketplaces.

These are just my 2 cents and my personal opinion. I might not be representative of the market! You might very well prove me wrong and sell a ton of these designs, and I really hope you do :)

Yes, I completely realize that this your biased opinion and I was intentionally asking for it. I genuinely want to build very high quality products to help developers save a lot of their time. We have just started, so we are eager for feedback - it is very valuable for us. I believe that a great feedback and an ability to accept it is a half of a product ;)
As to your points they totally make sense. We have been investigating the market and tried to determine what makes a successful template successful. We came up to three key metrics: a design quality, amount of pages and support (e.g. long-term maintenance). So it is kind of a three dimensional space multiplied by amount of frameworks and admin templates you build, hence it is a bit hard to grow in all direction. Anyways, we are going steadily build our client base focusing on product quality, so I believe in a year or two we will have a much better result.

Just checked the designs, while they are very good, there are templates with the same level of quality for about $20-30 and the same amount of features or more.

It's interesting. I'm just curious what's differentiate your service from themeforest for example. You can find cheaper templates there with a good quality. It's not a critic, just curiosity.

Well, you are right - there are cheaper analogues available on the market. However, we want to compete in a premium segment, where people buy themes in order to get high quality product and having $20-$30 difference for a product of a high quality is not a problem for them.

Yes, sure! There is an entire section https://flatlogic.com/admin-dashboards/free. For now it is only three, however we plan to release free version of all templates
