Recruitment Tech is a space I know very well. The selfie video interview isn't a new concept and I call name probably 20 companies that are doing some variation of it. I personally don't like them as they are opening the recruitment process up to a lot of biases (Hiring manager finds one person more attractive than other, judgements on surroundings, accent etc). That being said for low skilled customer service roles etc, video interviews provide a way to save a lot of time in screening candidates. My advice would be to choose a market and focus this on that. Don't try and build a one size fits all solution. They don't work in this space.

Seems interesting. Will you somehow connect the selfie video with potential matches or just host and show the video?
