I want to share work of my past 6 months with you — Ask User: https://askuser.xyz.
It’s a user surveys software that let you poll your customers without stressing them out. Unlike traditional surveys, Ask User shows a single question once per day (or week — the frequency is configurable). It also allows to give the answer with just a single click. All that techniques together result in a high answer rate and capture the attention of even the busiest users.
Another key feature of Ask User is Emojimeter. It's a friendly alternative to the enterprisy NPS that allows to capture users’ feedback by emojis “😡☹️😐🙂😍” instead of the cold scale of 1-10.

Here is my story:
During my 10+ engineering career, I’ve been working on an endless number of side projects but never shipped any of that. While it allowed me to get decent experience in many fields, it also made me disappointed in what I do.
Last 5 years I've been working in a startup that grew from 10-ppl in the engineering team to 150+. At first, it was a thrill to grow along with the company, but later I realized I become just a cog in a complex machine that doesn't make much a difference. I wasn't been able to fully apply my knowledge, experience, and desire to build stuff so I've decided to quit.
10 months ago I had a choice: to accept an offer and become VP of Front-end in another raising startup or go indie. Before you start rolling your eyes: I have no dept, I have decent savings on the bank account and my wife can back me up, so it wasn't a huge risk.
The most difficult part was to believe that I'll be able to pull it off. And this is where Indie Hackers made the difference. I listened to every episode of the podcast and started hanging out at the forum. I realized it's not necessary to go big, neither build a unique and sexy product. It showed it's possible to be a solo founder and keep living the life. It showed that other indie hackers are also mere humans without superpowers.
I’m still at the start of my indie hacker path, and I have no doubt I'll eventually make it.

Are there more types of questions besides the Smiley Scale? I guess so, but I'd Like to see examples of those too.
On mobile the question text is just marginally larger than the leading "help us" text. You could try to remove IT completely. Also removing the AskUser Icon in the widget might unclutter it a bit. (All observed on mobile where space is precious)
Widget design looks good overall.
