Be honest.
Most indie SaaS founders undercharge for years.
Not because the product is weak.
Because raising prices feels like asking people to leave.
Quick poll — where are you right now?
A) Still underpriced on purpose (afraid to lose users)
B) Raised once — and almost nobody left
C) Raised once — and churn stung hard
D) Planning a raise in the next 30 days
E) Already at a price I'd defend in public
Second question — what actually stopped you last time?
Drop your product in the comments:
• name
• one-liner
• current price (or "free / freemium")
• whether you'd raise tomorrow if nobody judged you
If you're shipping something people should discover, list it here:

Upvote if you've ever sat on a price change for weeks.
Curious what this thread looks like by tonight.
Really solid approach — curious how you're thinking about this, what's been the hardest part to figure out so far?
Curious how long it took before you saw the first real results?
Raised from €49 to €150 last year. Lost 2 users who emailed angry, kept 98%. The ones who stayed actually use it more now — higher commitment. Fear of angry emails is real but overblown; most just pay or leave quietly. Anchor high, justify with value.
That’s a painful couple of losses, but 98% retention after a 3x jump is a pretty convincing signal. The higher commitment from the customers who stayed is the part I’d want to understand better.
