Subscribing to Manypixels: A journey
In 2018 I subscribed to manypixels, based on a success story I saw on this site.
It started off with many issues... yada yada
Since then, I've tried it again twice, and each time it was better than before.
This last time I tried it, I had a logo design I really liked in less than 24 hours.
Their billing system looks completely different, their web platform is nice and clean, and the communication with the designers is easy and good.
Overall, I think they have worked very hard to continually improve and have come a long ways in less than a year.
I think they've come to a point where they are a service I would recommend to others.

It's tough. As a business you want to provide the best experience.
So many little things that have to get done while a business grows that is going on behind the scenes.
It's nice to see customers that understand it's a process.
