Teams for side/main projects

I guess like a lot of things in life that you want to create/do if you don't have the right partner(s), you wouldn't last, so, I think I got to this point when I need to find the right person to help me execute and publish some products ideas. Maybe we can use like "Side project job board", just to connect people to get shit done. So, any suggestions on how I can find people that are willing commit, be discreet about the products ip etc ...
