Caffeine brand Verb offer users control of their subscription via text.
Each month repeat buyers are sent a message before each new order is sent, and are given the opportunity to skip, edit or cancel a particular delivery by replying in-channel:

Not Pot 🍬

CBD brand Not Pot scrapped all email comms in favour of an SMS-only approach. They regularly drop new products & limited edition merch via text.

Taika ☕️

Coffee merchant Taika innovate by sticking their phone number on the side of their can. This prompts immediate feedback and aligns with the brands use of SMS as a customer support channel. This is no ordinary helpline however. Messaging is quirky, playful and on-brand:
