The Reality of a SaaS Journey: Not Making $50K in 2 Months

You know those stories where folks are like "Hey, I made a cool $50K in just two months!"? Well, this isn't one of those. It's the real talk about trying stuff and not hitting it big right away. And guess what? It's totally fine.

After quitting my job 2 months ago I did multiple things. Although I'm a fan of Alex Becker he is constantly telling to focus on one product.

This is something I can't do, I wish I could do it. Trust me if you can do it, you will more successful in the long term.

Anyway, I build free transcription & subtitle solutions. It is free and unlimited, here it is (https://listenmonster.com)

We don't have any paid plan yet. My strategy is simple, we have created multiple subtitle pages each targeting a different language. So basically when people search for Spanish subtitles I want my website to rank there.

We are developing a paid plan now (Currently, there is no log in sign up)
However, there will be always a free plan without a watermark. So we can get organic traffic from Google.

Yes, a lot of money is going into this. But I'm 100% sure in the end it will be worth it. It will take time you know SEO is a slow process.

Success: Some people asked for API access and a paid plan with some features.

Second thing,
I want to build text to speech mobile app like Speechify. The app is almost done only few things are pending.

I will market this app using Facebook ads and I have built a text-to-speech tool. Here is the tool (https://crikk.com/text-to-speech/)

Others are charging money for it however I'm offering it for free so I can get organic traffic from Google.

There are a lot of tools like this (Search on Google Text to speech Spanish) however, they are limited in free plan.

3rd Thing
I have seen the success of Video Caption apps. I don't understand why people are paying since there are free tools such as Capcut.

So my strategy is a very famous caption tool. I have built a basic version of it and offering it for free.

But I have done I'm using the same domain meaning if their website is caption.com mine is caption.xyz (Just example)

The development is done, Soon I will launch it on product hunt so I can get free traffic.

No matter what you think about my strategy I'm 100% confident that it will work. I have seen many SaaS companies doing business this way.

The only thing that I'm don't like about myself is I wish I could focus on One project. I have plan to sell 2 things later in the future.

By the way, I'm not a developer. I'm a marketing person so I'm also paying money to develop these things.
