I have been thinking a lot about product wedges recently.
For Brevoir, the end state is ambitious:
a fund intelligence terminal that tells you what every active VC fund is actually doing, with cadence, thesis drift, co-investment graphs, partner pages, and a Fund Finder for natural-language matching.
But the smallest usable version of that insight is not the terminal.
It is the Fund Digest.
That is what made things click for me.
The Brevoir Fund Signal works because it delivers the core value in a form that is instantly understandable:
one page per fund you track, twice a week, covering this week's deals, thesis shifts, partner moves, and cadence changes.
No onboarding.
No feature tour.
No "let me explain the architecture."
Just the specific fund context, on a schedule, personalized to the funds you care about.
There is something powerful about compressing your thesis into a format people can adopt in 30 seconds.
And if I am being honest, this is especially important when you are a solo founder.
You do not have infinite shots to explain what you are building.
You need a wedge people understand immediately.
For me, the Fund Digest is becoming that wedge.
Have any of you found that the thing driving top-of-funnel adoption is not the full product, but the smallest recurring version of the value?
